Clinical applications on Spectralink Versity
Integration with smart devices, such as the Spectralink Versity, and leading clinical applications like Tissue Analytics ensures immediate access to patient information, providing care teams with a unified view of shared data. This seamless integration eliminates the need for clinicians to repeatedly log in and out of PC terminals. By removing these repetitive log-ins, clinicians can dedicate more time to delivering care and less to administrative tasks, ultimately improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Task Management
The assigned nurse discharges a patient and initiates a “Patient Discharge” task on Olinqua MIE, which parses the patient’s details and PPE requirements. A “Room Clean Request” is then sent to Ward Services. The cleaner receives the request on their Spectralink Versity, dons the required PPE, and proceeds to clean the patient’s room, ensuring a quick and efficient turnover for the next patient.
Secure and effective user authentication
Imprivata Mobile Device Access enhances efficiency by enabling swift, secure access to Spectralink Versity devices. Clinicians can use their staff badge to unlock devices and access applications via single sign-on, eliminating the need for manual username and password entry. This not only saves time but also streamlines workflows for healthcare providers.

Claroty xDome for healthcare environments analyses and categorises devices, assessing their status, security, and risk. It ensures compliance, identifies missing devices, and enhances security, incident response, and operational efficiency—protecting patient data and ensuring the reliability of healthcare systems.
Duress (staff safety)
A clinician triggers a Duress Alarm on their Spectralink Versity, sending a Code Black alert to Olinqua MIE. The alarm is displayed at the Security Station and on the response team’s devices. The team promptly acknowledges the alert, arrives at the location, and de-escalates the situation. Once resolved, they update Olinqua MIE to clear and conclude the Code Black alarm.
This system ensures a rapid response to safety threats, safeguarding clinicians and maintaining a secure, supportive healthcare environment.
Mobile device management and security
SOTI Mobile Device Management (MDM) software enables efficient control over multiple devices, securing data, devices, and workers with features such as Kiosk Mode, geofencing, app control, encryption, password enforcement, and the ability to lock or wipe devices if lost. These capabilities ensure regulatory compliance and protect sensitive patient information.
